protein skimmer for 28 gal JBJ nano

I'm new at this. I'm not sure if anyone could recommend an upgraded protein skimmer for JBJ nano tank? Is the basic one that I have now is good enough?

You'll have to look for the sapphire skimmer. They were custom acrylic skimmers that closed up shop a year or so ago. You'll be able to fine a used one if you look. They don't come up often for sale because they are good. Look for the nano cube 28 model.
 
If you have space behind the tank I would look at the bubble magus nac qq. It's a very nice little hang on skimmer designed specifically for nanos.

The sapphire is a great skimmer too if you can find one. I just don't like to buy equipment made by companies at are no longer in business in case something goes wrong or replacement parts are needed.

True, but all this is is an acrylic body and a sicce pump. Only thing that can break is the pump, and if that happens buy a new one :)
