Reef safe epoxy resin

Hey guys I'm attempting the foam rock wall but can't find info on a reefsafe epoxy ? Any recommendations?

All of it is safe as long as it says that it is safe for potable water. I use the generic Ace Hardware plumber's epoxy. It isn't too sticky underwater unless you put some super glue on it. If you're doing dry work, you probably wont' need to use the glue with it.

Thx saw donkey is this a putty or a liquid I'm lookin for the liquid to seal the foam I bought this but don't know?
