What program did you use to convert it to high speed

It's time lapse photography I think. Many pictures taken automatically at regular intervals, played back at normal speed. The longer the interval between the pics, the faster everything seems to move.. It could be from regular footage that is post processed, but nowadays many video cameras come with time lapse capabilities built in so post processing is not necessary.
