replacing pm kalk reactor pump

im looking to replace the mj400 on my pm kalk reactor. it wokrs fine its just loud. can i just replace the impellar or the whole thing? also is there a better replacement pump and would it need mod if so?
 
maxijet has a new design so you will need to use a cobalt powerhead to replace the pump....chances are the impeller is cashed, $6 part
 
ok cool this is the one i got from ur used section for 100$ great deal too!!! so either use a cobalt or just order a impeller? should i order a bunch of them incase its hard to find later. or should i just order a new pump? will the mj last on the reactor
