Excellent job on glueing the corals, btw.

I would like to know why you felt you needed 2 AI Primes. The specs say coverage of 30" x 30" 500uMol at 12". Your tank is 24” x 20” x 19”.

Additionally, Bryan's Cadlights is running 2 primes and a Hydra on 75 gallon. Is it important that lights are run at far less than 100% capacity ?
(I am assuming they are)

For your shopping list: I assume you already have an ATO. I think that is at the top of the list for water param stability.

Hello i was recommended to run 2 primes if i wanted to add some sps i did try 1 but there was some dark spots on each side my light are runing at blues 75% white 15% red and green off as for the glue this 2lil fish glue sucks so thats y it looks like crap i rather stick with bsi glue

Tank looks great! Second, prime was a good decision! I had three primes on my fusion 20 with "zero" shading. For a SPS tank, coverage over intensity is what gave me the greatest success. I have three on my fusion 50 lagoon and seriously thinking of adding another. Two things that caused me grief on my reef...yellow polyps and gsp! If you let them run wild, yellow polyps pack a powerful sting and will kill expensive coral and gsp will outcompete other coral and grow over them. Trust me on this, contain them now!

How is this tank doing? Those were some huge colonies in your June update!

I'm considering getting an IM 40 or a JBJ 45. How do you feel about the IM 40 now that you've had it for a while?
