I will be setting up a tank with new sand and saltwater. The rock I'm gonna use is for a established tank. Will the tank cycle again? How long would you wait before adding corals and fish? Thanks for any help
 
Still could go in cycle mode if not enough bacteria count. Don't forget your total bacteria count comes from total growing on rock/sand/aquarium wall. You will still need to make sure you introduce ammonia source and make sure your ammonia/nitrite stays at zero before adding livestock.
