Skimmer overflowing!

So it's on a 75g tank. It's an EShopps skimmer. Possibly PSK-125h. Anyway the skimmer no matter where I turn the tube to adjust the level it's overflowing the cup. Any ideas??

Do you know how deep it is meant to sit? I would try putting a few stacks of egg crate underneath to raise it some. Hope you get it to work out!

Figured it out. It's a hob skimmer so it meant to sit where it was. My first thought was the same, water level too high.

It was actually that **** black sponge on the return was clogged with green crap preventing the skimmer from draining faster than it was filling.
