Smallest fish for a pico?

Aye, need some ideas for my Itty Bitty reef tank! 2.5g pico.

Mostly want to do inverts and may just stick with that route being as I myself wouldnt advise anyone of sticking a fish in that small of a tank unless it was a truly small goby. Ideas? Thoughts?

Did lots of research when I had a 2.2G pico setup. There isn't a fish that could be housed in them long if at all, in good conscience. That said there are some pretty cool inverts you can keep. Pick hardy ones as you will have parameter swings at times, if from nothing else simply due to human error.

i tried a reef and a juvi clown and it was a mess. go to 10g if you want fish. 5g maybe just coral and crabs, shrimp

I was thinking barnacle blenny since they stay relatively small and stay in a certain area generally.

Thinking I'll just stay with inverts. 1x pom pom crab. 1x porcelain crab for the mini maxi. 3×Sexy shrimp. ? Leave one out or just one?

As long as you can keep the feeding down and keep up with water changes you should be good for them all. Just not sure how the sexy shrimp will play along with everyone else in a tank so small.

neon blue goby? they are pretty small although feeding may cause more issues. i would just go with a bunch of spotted anemone shrimps in a field of rics or rock flower anemones

love the look of these guys! Think a group of sexies would be cheaper and easier to find however.
