Some advice needed.

So I been fighting some cyno. Trying to figure out what's causing it. I been dosing some Dr. Tims refresh n now waste away. It's working but what I been seen its a lot of what looks to me brown detritus maybe. It's all over my overflows n rocks. I can turkey blasted off but will just come back. Can anyone I.d. It? How can I get rid of it? It's a 125g long. For flow I have 2x mp40s n a wp40 on the back of tank. I'm dosing vinegar but not much anymore. Running carbon n will run gfo but right now ran out. Waiting for some I order from brs.

Are u talking about those white fuzzy looking stuff. Those r bacteria, u overdosing vinegar. Stop carbon dosing for now and do more WC instead.
 
Looks white but it's brown. I will stop dosing it since I been lowering it every week. Thanks for your response.
