I'm looking for a piece that has good color, medish flow. I have enough light and my parameters have been stable, but my tank is still rather young. I have a protein Skimmer, but its still breaking on. It's pulling some nasty stuff. I have a birdsnest and pocci doing great. View attachment 2086I just finished a 20% wsterchsnge and some rearanging. These two pics are about two months apart.

You can't go wrong with Green slimer.Great bright green color, grows fast and is very forgiving.

Thanks guys... Now to find a nice minicolony of either a digitata, Millepora, or green Skimmer. Slimers and digitas encrusted right?

Ya mini colonies are 36.99 not sure what they have as far as different types but usually have nice selection on mini sps colonies

You can also try New Fish in the city. You're out in Oak lawn, so you could also drive to Reef City in Frankfort. They have a nice collection of colonies and fair prices as well....or you can go to MACI this weekend. :-)

WHOA!! Whenever i head way out to Aquapros I always stop by Reefwise since it's 12 minutes away.

One day I went from New Fish to Reefwise to Aquapros to Reefcity to Robs Aquatics and I would have stopped at Aquatica, but they have JUST closed for Sunday. I picked up something at each shop except Rob's.
