Stand smell

So I started getting a mildew like smell from my diy stand a few days ago. So today I pulled out the sump, cleaned, and painted the inside of the stand. After I finished and was cleaning up I figured why not clean the skimmer cup. Haha I think I found where the smell was coming from. So now I have a clean skimmer and a painted (inside) stand. I hope the issue is solved.

I'm working on my stand for my 120. I used Kilz oil based primer and siliconed the seams, then painted with exterior latex.View attachment 24335
