Stray Voltage...?

I used a multi meter from harbor freight, and was suprised to find that my mixing pump in my salt water mixing tank was the culprit. Even though my display tank is on the first floor and my sump and mixing tank are in the basement.

Eric, hopefully you find the culprit. I underwent the same issue just a week ago.. I unplugged everything one by one and couldn't find what was causing the stray voltage. If you can't find the equipment that is leaking, you probably want to get one if not two, grounding probes. I put one in my tank and it immediately eradicated the stray volts.

Good Luck!
