Sump in my 4ft crawl space

I have a lot of heat issue in the summer and do not have any more room in my stand for a chiller or a larger sump. I have a 30g sump now and if i move it to the crawl I will be upgrading to a 80g, a lot more room for everything. I will run an exhaust fan so the moister from the sump will be vented out side. I will be able to run a ato and a dosing system for two part. I don't run a ato now so i don't have something go wrong and ruin my hard wood floors. ANY POINTERS PLUSES AND NEGATIVES ????

How accessible is your crawl space? Is it a finished crawl space or unfinished? If unfinished with a gravel floor then I wouldn't worry too much with the ATO. I'm assuming it's cooler in the crawl space but by how much? Also the flow rate will determine the how the water is cooled. If the water is moving slower it will cool better than running quickly through the sump. That's all I can think of for right now.

Its finished not concrete but nice clean river rock. It will just make everything alot easier water changes will be done down there. I will also have room for a frag tank in my stand so i can clean up my dt a little bit.
