Tank Restoration

Does anyone know a reasonably priced person who can buff out scratches, check and/or apply new silicone if need be, and clean/retorte a 150 gallon tank?

I'm assuming it's a glass tank, if you also need it siliconed. If it is glass you are kind of S.O.L. I haven’t heard of any practical method to remove glass scratches, they're all painful tedious at best. Acrylic is pretty simple and easy with a power buffer and buffing compound.
