Tattooed fish?

I was going through my photo album and ran across this. I took this at one of my local LFS. I thought it looked very cool but I also felt bad for the fish because of the process it had to go through to get that done to it.

Horrible... The mortality rate for that process is immense, plus it's incredibly cruel...

It's a horrific practice, along with fish dyeing. Those fish don'' live long past purchase. I have boycotted most stores who sell these fish & always give them a piece of my mind!

The worst part of this is that the reason it's continued to be done is that there are idiots who buy these fish.

Same thing with fur coats and stuff.
