Time for a upgrade

Well my boss (the wife) gave me the green light on purchasing a new tank. So I decided to do what all the cool kids are doing and get a 93g cube. So far the setup will be consisting of the tank/stand, my aqueon stage 3 sump/refugium, aquamedic hob skimmer, radion gen 2 and much more coming. Well here's a little teaser....

So I'm going to need new bulk head fittings and over flow kit due to previous owner cutting a glued pcv pipe too short under the bulk. What do you suggest make my own kit or order a new one? I could also cut right above the fittings and add a union to make up the difference. Any ideas would be great!

Nice tank? Why are you stay with an HOB skimmer? What was the size of the last tank it was on?

Well I'm looking to upgrade to something in sump just haven't had a chance. It is rated for 120g it was on a 55g

That is a beautiful cube, I wasn't aware they came in those sizes.

You did a wonderful job cleaning it, and the stand and braces look like they are in mint condition.

Will definitely follow this build for some knowledge and inspiration.

That's an awesome cube. Lucky guy, it's so hard to convince my boss when I have 7 tanks laying around lol cubes are my favorite look. I will be following

Lol unfortunately it's 1 tank at a time until I finish my basement.

A little update.
Cleaned about 100 lbs of sand and leak tested the main display. Should be up and going in no time?

Ok not much of an update besides I finally broke down and sold my old tank and moved my new one in. Here's a question for all the veterans here. I'm using cleaned used live sand and my old rock work. And possibly about 30 gallons of old water. Do you think my system will go through a mini cycle? All live rock is in a brute can with the old water heater and power head.just worried about putting my live stock in too early and killing it. Any help is greatly appreciated

Ok a little update.good news and bad new.... Got it inside cleaned the sand re-added my rock and the corals that survived. Lost 2 of my clowns all my zoas. But on a good note my hippo tang has never been this happy. Here's a little tease.
