Tiny yellow sphagetti-like growth on Dendro body

Does anybody know what's growing on my dendro trunk? The dendro is healthy and fat and is eating well... It looks like tiny spaghetti

First thing that comes to mind when you say spaghetti is a spaghetti worm. Look that up and see if you have a match. Does it retract into anywhere? Do you think it might be a baby dendro?

I'm referring to all the yellow stuff on the body of the biggest head. Not the other 2 baby heads..
