Tv repair person

Hey all does anyone know a tv repair person/business in the ne Illinois corner or nwi area?
My tv started acting up. It has lines across the bottom of the screen and then when I change the channel the previous channel image is still stuck on the screen for a short time while its showing a different channel.

Does it do it with a different device like a DVD player? Possibly could be you cable/sat box. Depending on size and age it might be cost prohibitive to fix. Around here all of the tv repair places have dried up. With all the tvs being modular and cheap to buy, not fix, tv repair is becoming extinct.

It did do it while changing sources. It's been off for a few months so don't know how bad it is now. I been meaning to take it apart and see if anything sticks out like a sore thumb. I'd totally rather try to repair it then buy a new one. It's like 5-6 years old. 47" olevia
 
I will ask my brother in law about it. He's an electronic repair technician.

I do know last time his tv started acting up, he replaced it because it was relatively the same price as repairing.
