I recently picked up a 75g undrilled tank for the cost of a couple frags, now today i was driving to pick up some pizza and found a 40 breeder in the trash.... my destiny awaits!

the luck isnt in the free aquariums, the lucky part is that i have an awesome wife that somewhat enjoys my hobby. she picks the corals.

i guess it is lucky to find a 40b at the curb though, usually only 10g or 29g

Yeah my girl picks out all the coral and fish for the most part. And she enjoys it just as much as I do.....but of course I do all the work haha.

But yeah you're right, you usually only find small tanks you have no use for on the side of the road
