Cooking the rock doesnt mean boiling the rock..

boiling a rock with coral on it is the worst mistake you could ever do in life and would end up in emergency in a day. NEVER EVER DO THAT

Google cooking live rock and you would see what it means .. i have no complete idea about that ..

cooking rock basically means your going to kill everything on/in rock by putting in a tub or bucket with no light r o/saltwater heat and water movement till everything is dead . can be a long process and i prefer salt water which can be expensive .. but your not trying to cook it just kill the polyps right ? why not let rock dry out and powerwash it when gets nice out

Ok now I see what use guys mean about cooking the rock n yes I wanna get rid of those polyps on my rock
