upgrade or not?

Hi i have a 210g and want to re build a filtration system for it.Now all running is a proflex model 4 sump calcium reactor and a ETSS protein skimmer. My plan is to plumb my tank down into my basement into a 150g rubbermaid trough over 100pds live rock then back up into my proflex model4.

That sounds like it would be a sweet set-up. How big of a return pump are you planning on using to pump the water from the basement back up to your display?
