Upgrading. :)

I will be upgrading from my 28 gallon LED NC to a 40 breeder.

We picked up the tank today, and it's beauteous. :) Already has been drilled with glassholes 700gph overflow installed, and 2: 3/4 returns. The back is painted black and it came with a mesh lid. I'm very pleased that we (my husband) won't have to do any of that now.

Thanks guys! I'm really excited.

It's going to be a slower process though, because I wasn't really planning on upgrading, and we JUST had a baby on 4/6.. But we got a really good deal on the tank, and once Brandon is in the 65 - we'll have an extra stand laying around.

Right now all I have is a tank, a stand, a skimmer, and a dream.. Lmfao.

I'm actually going to make a build thread this time around because it will be happening slow enough for me to keep up on. As soon as the tank hits the stand it's on!

And I also plan on getting more involved in this build - and not just have Brandon do everything for me.

So I've noticed! It almost shocks me because there is such BEAUTY in the reef.. All of my friends that see my tank love it - but they admit that it's too much work and too complicated to set up.

I don't mind. I'm from California and this is as close to the ocean that I'm getting anytime soon. So it's well worth it.

Seriously? Geno (Cubbies) didnt talk to you guys? I coulda sworn we were all standing around talking at some point. I know I said hi a few times running around the event all day! I can't remember who I did and didn't get to meet at maci, was so busy and spoke with so many people over 2 days (including setup Saturday)

Not that I recall. Brandon met some people with Walt while I was outside trying to calm the beast (Brenna).
