I would not recommend it. Jellies are so delicate, with the jagged edges in the reef tank and the high currents we keep. They would get obliterated. Even upside down jellies would eventually need to move around not sure it would be a wise decision.
I tried an upside down jellyfish from Global Aquatics once. Lasted about fifteen minutes before it vanished completely. Probably swept up into the overflow or powerheads. A poor use of $12.
