What are these little shrimp looking things

There's tons in the Gsp and come out mostly at night
Looks like mysis shrimp but not sure

Good or bad? If bad, how do i get rid of them ?

Ya cant really tell what youre talking about from the picture but if I had to guess theyre pods like trackfast said they are beneficial and are a sign of a healthy tank.

crawling on glass or free swimming? i had sum free swimming worms that scared me in my old tank, looked too much like a parasite

O man, next one I'm pulling it out. Haven't seen one swim only noticed yesterday. 2 of them one on the rock and this one on the glass
