My Tyree green-polyped toadstool thread has been removed & now my Fish thread??? I only have 4 & that is supposed to be the limit! WTH???

I did consolidate repeat threads into 1 & asked the old ones to be deleted. It took me a long time to put together that fish thread! I only have 3 now.
 
I saw the same thing as Mai. Rather annoying imo to open up the site, and see nothing but your fs bumps. Last I checked this is CR, not Cl.
 
When is the clearance sale? j/k good luck with the rest I know it can be hard to part out a system or even get what you want for it. I remember selling a led kit I made I didnt even get half on a 3 month old light...

Jeni---no one wants to get rid of you......and other people that pile on your threads to cry that people in Chicago are cheap is what is getting annoying---....People like you !!!! It is just a tough time to sell. The economy sucks still and generally people are saving their money incase hard times hit them in the future. Also it probably doesn't help the frag swap is this weekend. I hope your sales go better for you and if you were selling what I am looking for I would have hit you up !
 
I have a LFS coming by today for most of the corals I have left. I'm gonna try to offer a good price on the fish, too. After that, I'll repost everything with better prices. i see a lot of folks are getting out, too.

What's really sad seeing the same person always break down a tank every month but we all know what's really going on..lol!
 
No more people are getting out than normal, way more people are starting up than normal (assuming due to Tanked/Fish Tank Kings). It's just too bad that the people breaking down don't disclose the issues with their tanks/livestock so the new start ups have a fighting chance.

Speaking of tv, i wonder how that new Finding Dory disney movie is going to impact the hobby, if at all. I wasn't in the hobby when finding nemo came out, did you guys happen to see more people join the hobby or clownfish prices rise?
 
Huge increase in new people joining the hobby. Prices stayed about the same for clowns but all designer clowns were REALLY expensive back then. A lot of dead clowns around that time.

My only tank issues are my frustration and exhaustion. :hurt:

However, in the interets of full disclosure, if someone buys something from my tank breakdown, I might give them crabs. :spider:
