Ok, so in terms of getting my tank reef ready, I have the following in place:

I have my pH stabilized around 7.7-7.9 depending on light cycle, working on getting that a tad higher. This has been a huge battle since my sea cucumber leached its toxin, bringing the pH down to 5.4....

Salinity at 1.026

Lights are over 200 PAR even at 24"

Ammonia is at .10, and working on getting it down. Once again the sea cucumber thing really screwed this up.

Nitrites are 0

Nitrates are between 0 and 3 ppm

Calcium levels around 440.

Magnesium test coming in today, will update, but coraline algae growth is skyrocketing.

dKH is 12, which is a little high, but I was overdosing for a couple weeks because I misread the bottle, lol, but learned my lesson.

Phosphates have always come up low since starting phosguard. Nuisance algae almost stopped, but still some there.

Controller covers heater, maintaining 79.5 F, and runs my pumps, sump, and skimmer.

Current skimmer is Prizm, but have a coralife 125 on its way.

Anything left on the list of things I need to be ready for or have before I give corals/nems a go?

I'd bring the temp down a bit closer to the 77-78 range, and adjust your return nozzle a bit to increase surface agitation, that will help with oxygen transfer and getting your ph up into the low 8's during the daytime. Otherwise once that ammonia is consumed I'd say you are ready to try some corals out.
