What's the best fish/invert food? Frozen or dry or liquid or live?

I feed my fish/inverts multiple types of foods.. From flakes, pellets, freeze dried, frozen, liquids(Azox/selcon/marine snow), veggies(nori/cucumber) and live foods(brine/ghost shrimp/pods)

For me I mainly feed my fish flakes(omega brand) and pellets(spectrum brand and elos) and once or twice a week frozen pe mysis or brine shrimp with some Azox/selcon.

Is it better to feed mainly frozen foods or dry foods and is there a specific nutrient difference with feeding either.. On my case my fishes/inverts are doing great.. Everyone is very active and colors are very vibrant .. My fish goes too crazy when I feed them flakes and pellets.. Even my picky eaters like my pearly jawfish and my spotted mandarin eat the dry food like crazy..

Just want to get fellow reefers opinions and see what u guys feed your fish/invert pals. Do u guys prefer a certain brand of fish food let us know here .. :)

If I have the extra dough, I buy Rods or PE mysis. Otherwise, my fishes are happy with flakes/pellets. I usually soak mysis in Selcon for added nutrition. Once in awhile I soak flake in selcon also.

I mix between dif things a lot.

Mysis and cyclop eze for frozen, phytofeast and Azox for refrigerated,
And Spectrum pellets and brown seaweed for dry.

Usually a 1/4 sheet seaweed daily for the tang and damsel, then if I feed refrigerated ill also feed a little pellet. If I feed frozen then I skip the pellet.
