Hi everyone,
Doing some reshaping of my aqua scape, and found myself needing a couple of big chunks of dry rock. Problem is I haven't bought any in years, so I figured I would ask here. Thank in advance

I got a trash barrel full of "dead" live rock you are welcome to grab a few pieces of if you want. It would have to be cleaned. I am in Elburn, just east of Rt 47 and near Rt 64.

If you want clean dead dry rock AP usually gets nice pieces in. You can check often on lfs fb pages when live rock gets shipped.

Or you can go the craiglist way. Theres a guy i met one day at a lfs. He was drunk and i had acouple drinks before going there but this guy was toasty. He gave me his number has big large pieces of rock. Back story seems this guy has like 15 systems running...he showed me his systems fotos and from one 300 tank he probably had like 500lbs of rock in there. Pulled it out to rescape and still has large pieces.

I can send you his txt if you wana talk to him.
Said something like 2bucks a lb.

Send it my way, I'd appreciate it. Plus I'm always up for a beer. Thanks

Thanks everyone, I just got back from Aqua Pros. I bought a piece of rock that I liked, and a Derasa Clam that caught my eye. Still looking for some bigger pieces of rock though.

I took a couple of live rocks out of my tank a year ago, about 9" each. Let me shoot pics of them tomorrow. If you are interested, take them free.

Thanks, for the offer. Let me know how to get in touch with you. I can hit the meat market while out your way.

The aqua-s have it
aqua pros and aquatica

They both have pick your piece but you can order from bulk reef supply tell them what you want and chances are you will get what you want or better.
