He might, but to be honest with you, it's ridiculously easy, and also better if you do it yourself so that it can be exact.

Be careful with window screen. A lot of it contains metal and will rust.

you shouldnt use window screening. Goats mesh is a mesh that is used to keep grass seeds from blowing away, if im not mistaken.
