If you are photographing under LEDs it's is hard. But what questions do you have in particular about wb

What problems are you encountering with white balance? I'm still a newb at shooting, but when editing photos shot from my t1i, I generally look for an object that is white in the photo (piece of clothing, artifact, etc.) and use that as a reference point when adjusting white balance. If there is nothing as a reference, I adjust it where the color would be true enough to the eye.

I don't have T3i camera so I don't know WB for that camera. You can put a white shell or an white plastic in tank then take picture of it and set it is your (customer) white balance. Try to use that WB when you shoot the coral. May or may not come out ok. Your is too much blue and like other said it's very hard to take picture under LED blue. Turn more white may help you too. I shoot Neutral mode most of the time with more white than blue.
Myself I think photograph under T5 is the best.

The WB option come with the camera but those WB are not for reef blue light tank. You have to customize you own WB when shooting coral with blue leds.

so if i want to take pics under atinics do i set a custom WB with all lights on or just atinics?

You have to try them both see with one best for you. I never take picture with too much blue. If I do shoot under too much blue then I will use external flash bounce on the ceiling or on the back wall or I use the WB shift/bracket to shift the color less blue (more to red, green and pink) . There is WB call (K) color temperature, it's good to know that function too.

so if i want to take pics under atinics do i set a custom WB with all lights on or just atinics?

I'm light room there is a dropper icon that you use to click on somthing white In the image and should adjust it almost automatically but still have to do some minor adjustments. I do recommend Lightroom tho. Or if you get photoshop use somthing called camera raw and it's the same thing.
