I want to plumb a filtration system down to my basement and i would be adding 100+pds of lr and 75+gallons new water.Does anyone know if this would bomb my system.

If the LR is fully cured, no. If you're curing it in the system, then yes. Just make sure the new water is the same temp.
 
If you need a pump and a huge sump moved from a house with a basement setup
big iwaki 100 japanese motor and a 150 sump for $200 OBO
it will pump to the 3rd floor if necessary lol

the extra water and rock it wont hurt your system, unless shocked by uncured rock or temp,,,if thats a problem run it by itself in the basement till rock cures then put it online with your display tank
