Yellow watchman goby help

So today when i turned on the lights from coming home my watchman goby was a yellow color then after bout 3 hours it turned pale color with black/gray stipes. Was wondering did my watchman just change it sex frm male to female or is the change of color a bad thing?

some times when they are scared they will change colors or yes it might of changed sex.

Idk if my yasha goby will like that lol.. I've actually been seeing my yasha goby a lot lately.. Always close by the watchman goby..
