Picked this tiny colony up from Hidden Reef in Beach Park yesterday. I was this thinking blue eyed devils or eagle eye, also they seem very small. Like half the size of most Zoas I've seen. They could be young but with so many on this 2" x1" rock you would think some might be normal size.

A few look like they have a darker center, could be purple, hard to tell cause each head is only about 1/4" in Diameter, hence concern for their small size.

How was the coral selection at Hidden Reef? The last time I was there it wasnt very good but that was last year sometime.

Have you been to Hooked Aquariums over on Sunset Ave. yet? Is it worth checking out?

Coral selection at hidden reef was scarce. This little colony was actually engulfed/tangled in some sort of sea weed and I made them an offer on it, about 30- heads. It was the coolest frag/ colony there by far.
Actually I been to hooked a few times within the last week. Adam is a good guy. He's got a really up to date selection selection of additives and lighting. As soon as he builds up some livestock inventory I think he will be really successful and probably put Hidden Reef out of business if is pricing is anywhere close, which I think its going to be, at least for livestock.

Mine are DEFINITELY watermelon, or Wham'n Watermelon as they call it. I was actually out at Advanced Aquatics yesterday, they had one colony like 2-3x the size of mine asking $70 for it, their prices are either really high or i got a great deal, cause i only paid about $10 for mine w/ 40-heads (counted them last night)
