looks like a schooling bannerfish, heniochus diphreutes
What part makes you say that? The lower fin coloring matches the description, but the breast is not as round, but maybe because it is a juvenile?

The lower fin coloration is one for me, but I'd say the dorsal spike as well pertains to the schooling bannerfish
