Chicago reefs 1st annual cookout 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd do tourney for $10 entry.
I think for the raffle it should just be those that attend who have a screen name on here.
 
With the raffle I say that if you bring say 2 coral Frags you get 2 tickets if you being one then you get one ticket. And for the bags tournament I agree with cub21rak about $10 per team
 
Is it too late to volunteer to attend?
I/we could bring some of the hanger steaks that I brought to FireBrethas cookout. I know >I< love them and they seemed to be a big hit with the crowd back at Rics.
We also have a home business where we make cornhole sets. I sounds like there are lots of people volunteering to bring boards, but we could bring lots of bags. We run an annual tournament and have our "tournament bags" all set to go for next year. We make some of the best bags you'll ever find and have never had a complaint.

There was talk of this being a family friendly outing. Are other people bringing significant others and kids??

I also just mounted some small frags of my GARF Purple Bonsai and Purple Cali Tort so I think I'm set for the grab bag ;)

i think there are going to be two separate raffles the one for the stuff mark from reef city is going to donate and the one for the grab bag. the raffle for the stuff from mark should be for screen name members on here only im still trying to decide wether it should be a free ticket or lets say a 2-5 dollar ticket. but then where will the money go? dave i think there is enough bean bag sets that are being brought 4 if im correct is that enought other wise you are welcome to bring 1 set we dont want to have to bring a bunch and then not use them. 10 bucks sounds good to me per team 5 each team member. if anyone doesnt agree with that then we can lower the price its just for fun anyways. should it be winning team take all? dave you are welcome to come as is everyone else there is still about 2-3 weeks before the event just let me know what your going to bring so i can put you on the list.

also does anyone know where who we can borrow the chicago reefs banner from so we can hang it in front of skunkers house?
 
sept 7 thats a saturday bummer i work saturdays, sounds like fun thou wish i could make it to meet some of you guys.
