They would not be dimmable via the apex, since they do not have electronic dimmers. You would only be able to use the apex to turn the fixture on and off, and only both channels at the same time. I personally do not use my apex to control these fixtures over my frag tanks, I use the built in timer in the fixture to control the two channels, and leave the apex to control everything else.
 
Do you have two of these in stock? When I placed them in the cart it showed a message stating something about not enough in stock If not, any idea on how long before more are in stock. Lastly will one be OK for a 30x 18 area? Thanks

We only have one left in stock right now. More will be here in about 2 weeks. Keep an eye out on the forum this week, we plan on running a preorder promo :)
 
You guys recomend these to be hung 8"- 10" above the water right? Trying to set up my new tank tomorrow so trying to figure things out.
