October 5th-
Its been about 6 weeks with the 144 half circle tank- Many changes (usually due to me accidentally crashing something down, rock moving and Turbo snails moving my stuff still) I think I am liking the way it looks, for now. Hard to keep your hands out of tank when seems thing would look better somewhere else!
Also have been battling Diatom in the sand- wish it would just go away already. Have been testing & trying to raise the Calcium & Magnesium slowing but surely, everything else is testing good.
-Added 2 Tangs, blue and Kole (both died within 2 days) so I am kinda shying away from "bigger" real fish for now, everyone else is doing great.
-New fish- 2 PJ cardinals & Red Scooter Blenny, thats it, really thats it (would like to get a pair of clowns, looking for a unique mis barred pair (?)
Added Corals- My new favorite Lg Austrian Blue Staghorn, green on green 3 head ocotspawn, Kenya double tree, blue/yellow brain, orange green brain, 2 large feather dusters, zoa rock, orange/green trumpet, light blue 3 head trumpet. Also have broken off a couple of head from some of the larger frogspawns & Trumpets and putting them in on the far sides of the tank to fill up some dead space. Even though I have the Hydro 52'a still not very good lighting way over there.
These Pictures are with my Iphone- have to master how to tank better tank pictures soon. (the Staghorn is really a lovley Light Blue with medium blue- photo does not do any justice at all!
