Thanks, guys.

He actually almost didn't make it. Right after we brought him home from the breeder he kept vomiting and acting very lethargic. He ended up with several parasites, parvo virus and was hospitalized for a week. He's 100% better now.

I'm trying to decide what to do with my fuge. I'll have 21.75"x11.5"x13 to work with. I was thinking of a 5" sand bed with rock rubble and chaeto. Any thoughts?
 
Live rock and macro algae that way it easier to clean and nothing to stir up to shoot back in the tank.

The only thing is that because my fuge will be difficult to get to I was thinking that a DSB with no maintenance would have more benefits. My concern was if it would benefit at all considering the size relative to the aquarium.
