Lol i like the place its clean and i actually had no issues with any employies all very nice to me i just think fish over priced and corals were boring softies jmo though. Im kinda surprised how many people think theyvr jerks . Not saying u wrong im just saying im shocked by it because of my experiances were dif
 
I kinda get feeling op is either employee here or friend jmo though i could be wrong he hasnt posted much else 3 out of 7 post r this thread :-D
 
I was gonna say the same thing.
My complaint about the place is just that everything is overprices. I was never treated rudely there and they have a nice selection of dry goods
 
In addition to the thread about Old Orchard here are some other past experiences with them:

- way back in the day when I was a noob i would buy my pre mixed water from them too, but then I got some water and a bunch of crap floating around in the water... that was the last time I bought water from them and immediately bought my own RO/DI.

- also back in my noobish days I was asking the owner about ecotech vortech pumps and why they didn't carry them. He said Ecotech had horrible customer service so that's why they don't carry them and tried to sell me on something else. I didn't believe him because everything I read/heard was that Ecotech has top notch customer service (which they do). A year or so later when I stopped in randomly they were now carrying Ecotech. :eyeroll:
 
If you think their "sale prices" are good, you haven't been to Aquapros or Reefwise. Customer service there is hit or miss dependable on who you talked to.
