I don't think that's a "fish".

Puffers puff when they feel threatened but they have also been known to puff just for "practice", especially as juvies.

I guess I DON"T feel silly for not knowing now, but I do feel stupid that I was looking for eyes, a mouth, fins...anything critter like.
