I find the peppermint shrimps are hit or miss I have a few and they eat most of it

but if its too large it seems they just leave it alone that's when I use aptasia X.
 
I use lemon juice its cheap and work good .Boil some lemon juice put it in a syringe and zap away.You can mix kalk with hot water it works to .I was told by a breeder of berghia nudis that aptasia x is the worst thing to use.He said he uses aptasia X on aptasia to make it spread in his tanks when he is low on aptasia. He said when you inject it with aptasia X it does not kill it but makes it explode which then it release something to make it spread all over your tank. He said people think it works because they dont see it for a couple of weeks but then it come back twice as bad .
 
I use vinegar. Put it in a insulin syringe and inject the aptasia. It melts in a second. And no, it won't hurt your tank.

I didn't know you had to boil it first. I haven't had Aiptasia in a while (knock on wood) but I do like using Peppermint shrimp for it. That has always worked for me.
