Blake, Maui all the way. Not that I've been to Fiji. There's this one out of the way historical site/state park with miles of SPS gardens as far as the eye can see. Oh yeah, and schools of butterflies, tangs, tons of eels, and huge groupers. Ahh, Hawaii....

Krishna, yes you do need to know how to swim and unfortunately it is not allowed to collect your own fish or corals.
