Sorry Jay.. It was a crazy filled day, had to take the metra to the NW burbs, drive down to oswego to pick up the tank, and this took a little creativity to get into my dads truck, then same shenanigans back in the city at my place. Finally just cleaned everything up a bit and im BEAT!

I am at irving park and western in the city.. my maxspect razors shipped late last week and will be here tomorrow or weds... cant wait to get it on the tank. Should be migrating everything into this new tank a little later today.

I'd make sure you address the floor question before you add live rock or water. I'd also think twice about putting it in front of a window because of potential heat/draft issues. Other than that it looks great!
 
For a tank less than 200 gallons, I highly doubt that along a load-bearing wall, let alone the corner of two, that there would be any issue. And he said the tank was perpendicular to the floor joists as well, so it'll be fine.
