Hmmm never bleached but I've boiled them. I had to boil in my pot which was kinda pricey. To not scratch your pot, put in washcloth underneath.

DO NOT BOIL YOUR LIVE ROCK. Boiling LR almost killed me! (being a bit dramatic but got me very sick).
Beaching is the only safe way to go. Fill up a bucket of 10:1 bleach water and soke your LR in it for up to a week. Then soak the LR in RO with dechlorinator, changing the water ever day or so for a week. Then let the rock dry out completely and you're good to go. You can also add muric acid to this process to make sure the rock is completely clean.
How would I dry the LR out since its cold outside?
So long as it stays above freezing it will dry. Get a move on, don't have much time.
So use 1 gallon of bleach for 5 gallons of water?
That is a ton and twice the amount of bleach needed. Make sure you dose heavy on the dechlorinator and fully dry. To evaporate all that bleach.
I'd soak for a week. And then water + dechlorinator for a week to (changing out the water/dechlorinator every day or so). Don't forget to only use RO for the soaks. You don't want the tap water to leech things into the cleaned rock.
