ok so by now im pretty sure that the date will be on the 8th by now cause 2 people changened their vote from the 1st to the 8th
 
ok i think date is determined since i see no one else voting. so we will have this on the 8 of september. now for the next thing. id like to know who will be donating what as i saw a few of you are donating, that way we dont get to much of one thing or not enough of one or someone got hot dog buns but no hotdogs. i will gladly be donating the hot dogs. 2 large packs of them. which is like 30 somthing in each pack. with buns ketchup and mustard. and relish. please post what you will be donating.
 
I'll bring some things but maybe we should make a list of what is needed the people start calling dibs. And then have a copy past of the list of items and name of who is bringing it after the item. Then when someone calls dibs on what they are bringing the add name to list and keep it rolling.
