A group of us Chicago Reefers were thinking of getting together to enjoy some reefing chatter and some meat. We all need to socialize and we all need to eat...so why not do it together. Las Tablas in Portage Park was the spot of choice since it's not downtown and can accommodate a group and parking won't be an issue. If you are interested, bring a hearty meat loving appetite and vote above. We need to get a good number so we can make the reservation. Deets are below:

I'd say a week before the event. I'll need to make reservations, especially if the groups is large. Wife and kids are welcome if they can handle the reef chatting.
 
For those of you that have not eaten here, you are in for a treat. the food is amazing!!!! I shall make a very valid attempt to make it, probably alone as usual
 
I haven't been to the one on Lincoln for a long time. As for the one on Irving.... If I recall correctly, that one has more room and don't they play Live music on the weekend?

Oh and if it's just the down the street from you, less of a reason for you not to join us ;P
 
@walt just me opinion. I thought the food was better. still very good

@ed Im flying a cousin of mine in that weekend from AZ. got to see what he wants to do first
