Gary's Mulligan (Innovative Marine Fusion 30L)

hey gary

I would consider using one of the cpr hang on the back fuge. They work perfect and the add extra water volume to ur tank.. Plus it frees up ur tank to add on stuff to the back chamber like chiller, protein skimmer, reactors, and media baskets.. I've learned that having the media basket fuge thing to be less effective than the hob fuge.. If u were to add a hob fuge i would go with either the small cpr or medium and go with live rock, small powerhead, and macro algae only no sand but if u add sand or miracle mudd i would just add some sandsifters there. In my 28g tank i dnt even use a media basket i just use a the desktop reactor with carbon, tunze 9001 skimmer, and the cpr hob fuge with led lights. Also i would get likethe best hob or in tank skimmer like the aquamax skimmer or if u dnt want to spend that much either the bh1000 or the tunze 9001.. Hope this helps bro

Can't wait to see how this turns out. I love fusion tanks, wish I would have had more time with mine. Are you using all your Vidarock from the 75 on this tank?

We'll see, I get the tank Friday and will start working on it. I hope to have it up by Sunday. I need to get a few things still and other things I can get later. Gotta sell a few more things soon.

MarineDepot Thanks for shipping my tank and stand, now let's hope UPS doesn't break anything!

So when will you have a sale on the other stuff I need!

Also, I know you guys have a 30L in one of your break rooms, is there enough room between the screen lid and the back chambers to run the cords from a tunze 6040?

We can report back that the sides are tight, but it looks like there is enough room toward the back for wiring to sneak through!

This is great news, I really was hoping to be able to do this without notching a curve or anything for the wires to fit in.

Thank you and please pass on a thank you to the lady who checked for me. I really appreciate the time and I'll look back for some sales soon to stock up on bulbs are get some other stuff I need. :)

Lights are ordered, as well as sand. Both will be here tomorrow along with the tank and stand.

New nozzles as well.

Looking into a cad reactor nano NR, we'll see what kind of room I'll have.

Thanks MarineDepot for the great shipping of the stand, I've read a lot of horror stories but they packaged it well. I'll open the tank box tonight and inspect it.

Thanks again!
