Got a new CC par 30 refugium bulb

Just got a par 30 refugium bulb. Anyone with this have advice on lighting schedule? 10 or 12 he reverse light cycle? How high above refugium?

I've had mine for a bout a month and a half. Been running it reverse light cycle for about 10 hours. My Cheato has been exploding with growth! Have to rip out like half the Cheato ball every 2 weeks.

Mine sits about 6 inches from the water line in the fuge.

Excellent bulb!
 
Cool thanks. Mines about right inches off the water not a foot. Hoping to have to trim a lot. Never been able to grow it before
