Grow out feedback please

Curious on feedback for next growout.
  1. Format of blind pick
  2. difficulty of Zoa (mine died)
  3. Lenght of time
  4. check-ins

And anything else
 
1. Pick was fair. How else can you really do it.
2. Hard to say, Mine thrived for a bit, and then took a crap. Didn't we all vote on the grow out frag?
3. Length was good.
4. Check ins are ok, people will forget, but that's fine if someone is a day late or so, as long as everyone is ok with it.

Thanks again for organizing it, I am sure it is a lot of work planning it all and meeting people. I would do it again!
