Anyone know if you have to use a different bulkhead on there to prevent leaks? Or should I be good just don't want a disaster happening?

You could tell your broker that if he can't sell the condo with the tank in it, you'll find one who can. He works for you, not the other way around!

I have my license, never heard of any rule about property needing to be tank free to sell. Its no different than a house with a large projection TV or a pool table. It might be his opinion that it shows better without the tank but that's just one opinion. Make sure your tank is nice and clean before showings is all. A little joke like "sorry, the tank doesn't come with the condo" would slay.

you can always tell the new buyer "sorry, the tank doesn't come with the condo" but FOR THE RIGHT PRICE it can stay and the food is already in the freezer .Ha GLWS

I did put silicone over the area inside and outside a good amount just in case also remember you can remove the silicone later but don't glue the plug permanent!!

I was thinking of just gluing it I don't plan on using it for something else what's your input?

I wouldnt glue it in. Who knows what you'll want to do with it once you get the new house. Maybe you turn it into a look down or a sump or anything else. You can use that opening for a closed loop or a easy water change drain to a sump pump. Or you sell the tank and someone wants to use the hole

I'll buy the silicone asap going to Home Depot supposedly the sell an aquarium silicone now

But if you want to sale it maybe that's something that will make someone not to buy it!!!

Buy the GE Silicone I from Home Depot. It is safe to use in aquariums and you can use it with a caulk gun. I used it to build my sump and have had zero issues.

I called the company that makes the contained they say they wouldn't use it for fish fml! Jus wasted $90you guys think the chlorine will take care of it?

Idk i see people using em all the time for sumps and even ponds out side

I agree mines not made from Rubbermaid. It's called Little Giant. They claimed it's made from recycled plastic. I wonder if I bleach and do a vinegar bath if it will be ok?
